At In The Box, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help.

📅 Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We’ll notify you via email that we’ve received your returned item.
  2. We’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

Please allow up to 3 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

📦 Shipping Returns

If you’d like to return an order or part thereof, please courier the items back to us at your own cost.

  • Returned items must be in a saleable, unfolded condition.
  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging will not be refunded.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your return is approved, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
