At In The Box, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help.
📅 Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
💸 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you via email that we’ve received your returned item.
- We’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
Please allow up to 3 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
📦 Shipping Returns
If you’d like to return an order or part thereof, please courier the items back to us at your own cost.
- Returned items must be in a saleable, unfolded condition.
- Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging will not be refunded.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your return is approved, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
