Should we have stock of your desired products, we can require 2 working days for packing & processing, prior to despatch. This is effective from receipt of payment. Should we need to manufacture stock, please allow for a further 10-12 working days manufacturing time (excluding courier).  Please feel free to contact us to query stock levels/current lead times as these fluctuate hourly.HIGH SEASON LEAD TIMES: PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 WORKING DAYS FOR PACKING & PROCESSING PRIOR TO COLLECTION/DESPATCH.

• You are welcome to collect/send a courier company to collect on your behalf from Unit 23, Gateway Park, Berkley Road, Ndabeni.  If you choose this option, kindly inform us if a courier will be collecting on your behalf. Your courier company MUST request your order with the use of your order number.
• We charge R86-00 (ex. VAT) door-to-door courier for selected areas in Cape Town.
• We charge a R140-00 (ex. VAT) flat rate door-to-door fee for the rest of South Africa.
• Please allow for 3-5 working days for courier purposes. Outlying areas may incur a longer delivery time.
• In The Box reserves the right to provide a separate courier quote for outlying areas.

Payment can be made online with a credit card via YOCO Credit/Debit card or YOCO EFT terminal. Alternatively, select the EFT option and send us your proof of payment once payment has been made. Please note that we do not accept cash deposits. We will only reserve stock and pack & process once the funds have reflected in our account.

All boxes, with the exception of our PVC lid and base boxes come flat packed. They are all easy to build, and we are always happy to send videos of how to fold them if you’re feeling confused!
